Detailed Description

This expert committee is aimed exclusively at in-house lawyers with a proven track record of working in companies.

Current IT-legal questions as well as concrete legal case studies, which particularly concern in-house lawyers (e.g. in the areas of e-commerce, design of electronic distribution channels, copyright, security of electronic payments, design of flexible working time models, data protection, etc.); practical and organizational problems, which arise in the daily work of in-house lawyers (e.g. use of technical tools in the legal department).
