Expert Committee on Software Protection

Detailed Description

The Expert Committee Software Protection deals with issues of copyright, performance, patent and know-how protection as well as licensing of software and databases (issues of existence, content and scope of intellectual property rights in computer programs and sinstige elements of software and related information technology products; Securing of protection interests in software production, distribution and application; protection of us from DRM systems, questions of the design of licensing regulations), whereby the AUfarbeitung of the topics usually takes place not only from a legal perspective, but also from a technical perspective, often with the involvement of appropriate technical expertise.
